This service job was an unusual one where the tenants had always found that there were continuous leaks into their unit when it rained.
Danrae found the problem where there was an empty planter box adjacent to their unit used as waste storage. Danrae found open holes in the brickwork that would allow water into the unit and also found rubbish in the planter that looked like it had been there for years. Danrae filled the holes and repaired the planter by installing a cementitious waterproofing membrane.
