With a diverse background that began in the IT industry, Daniel Caruana is the CEO of Danrae Group and a NSW Committee Member for the Australian Remedial Concrete Association (ACRA). He moved from systems administration into the family business, learnt waterproofing from the ground up and went on to gain his waterproofing licence, complete business programs and an MBA at Charles Sturt University. Daniel is known for his focus on service, customer solutions and continuous learning for himself and his team.

Her position spans administration, events, marketing and client relations — placing her at the heart of the business and ensuring everything runs smoothly. Renee’s background includes senior roles with Garuda Indonesia and eight years with Flight Centre as Assistant Manager, giving her a strong foundation in customer satisfaction and high–level service delivery. She joined the family business seeking a new challenge and quickly embraced the variety and creativity of her role, where no two days are ever the same.

With a strong focus on organisation and efficiency, Tom manages inventory, supervises warehouse staff and works closely with project managers to keep workflows running smoothly.

Having worked with Danrae for more than 17 years across two periods, Darren brings stability, reliability and a strong understanding of the business and its people.

Known for his early starts, energy and love of a challenge, Darren thrives in a role where no two days are the same. His long-standing relationship with the family and the company is central to his commitment to delivering seamless service and support.
